The brand exhibition hall of Lily Group has been completed recently. The exhibition hall is simple in design and rich in content. It integrates Lily culture and product promotion in one place, which is a platform for Lily employees to feel corporate culture, and also a position for Lily to communicate with departments at all levels, brother enterprises and customers. The exhibition hall is mainly divided into six parts: the chairman's message, the basic introduction of the enterprise, the product and application display, the enterprise honor display, the technological innovation display, the enterprise future outlook. The exhibition hall uses various forms of expression, such as text introduction, pictures and physical display, video playback, and so on, to record the wonderful moments of the development of the lily.

1. Message from Chairman
At the entrance of the exhibition hall, the chairman's message: Lily has achieved good performance on the road of adhering to the "market-oriented, technological innovation as the driving force" development. In the new era, Lily will stand at the commanding heights of the industrial chain, commit to high-enabling investment and entrepreneurship, and achieve a global industry benchmark enterprise integrating green technology and social responsibility. While taking into account green technology and social responsibility, Lily improves the hard power of the enterprise by expanding the upstream and downstream industrial chain of the enterprise, and becomes the benchmark of the industry. This is the chairman's future expectation of Lily in the 14th Five-Year Plan, and also the future development path of Lily. 

2. Basic information of the enterprise

The timeline of Lily's development history selects the three primary colors of pigment red, yellow and blue, indicating the three stages of the company: entrepreneurial origin, steady development, and glory. Business origin: In 1989, Xiaoshan Jiangnan Pigment Chemical Plant was established, and in 92, it was moved to a section of Hezhuang Town (now Chaowen World area), renamed Hangzhou Baihe Chemical Co., LTD.

In 1999, the company made a major breakthrough in the research and development and industrialization of high-performance heterocyclic pigments, and the workshops of permanent violet, quinacridone and DPP were built and put into operation successively.

Steady development: In 2004, the company officially launched the 286 acres of planned land in Linjiang Industrial Park, and cooperated with Clariant to jointly build Hangzhou Baihe Clariant Pigments Co., LTD., which was controlled by our company. In 2006, Baihe Chemical Holding Group was established, and Xuancheng Yingte Pigments was established.

In 2010, the company changed its name to "Lily Group Co., LTD.", and in the following year, the total output of pigments exceeded 20,000 tons for the first time, and the "Lily" trademark was identified as "China Famous trademark" by the SAIC.

Toward glory:
In 2016, Lily Group Co., LTD. (Lily SH603823) successfully listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

In 2018, Hangzhou Fulward Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. joined the Lily Group and introduced pearl pigments to enrich the plate color system of lily pigments.

In 2019, the 30th anniversary of the founding of Lily Group, Inner Mongolia Yuansheng Sodium Technology Co., Ltd. was established, expanding the industrial chain of the enterprise through the production of upstream sodium products.

3. Product and application display

In the center of the exhibition hall, the product and application physical display area shows some products and application fields produced by the company, and the lily pattern on the background wall is also echoed by the lily Group. The product display area places various specifications of lily pigment products, which allows visitors to feel the quality of pigments at zero distance. The product application area shows the wide application of lily pigments in ink, coatings, plastics, leather, cosmetics, liquid crystal electronics and other special fields. In the field of ink, the company provides corresponding products for the coloring and anti-counterfeiting of RMB. In the field of coatings, the company's products are suitable for all kinds of high-end automotive paint and other coating products. Among them, the company earned the first bucket of gold in the main color of the construction of Nanpu Bridge, which laid a certain foundation for the rapid development of the company in the future. In the field of plastics, the company provides environmentally friendly pigments with low aromatic amines and no heavy metals, which solves the safety and environmental protection problems in plastic applications. In other special areas, we can see the application of sparkling pearlescent pigments in the field of cosmetics.

Lily as a national high-tech enterprise, relying on a series of innovation platforms such as national enterprise technology center, postdoctoral workstation, provincial key enterprise research Institute, led by Dr. Wang Feng, composed of academicians, doctors, senior engineers led professional R & D team, Extensive research has been carried out in the fields of functional organic pigments, environmental protection organic pigments, food contact pigments, cosmetic pigments and supporting fine chemicals, and fruitful results have been achieved. The company has 45 invention patents, led the formulation of 30 industry and group standards, participated in the formulation of 11 national standards and industry standards, and has 5 national new products and 39 provincial industrial new products.

6. Enterprise future outlook

Facing the new era of Industry 4.0, Lily is actively expanding the industrial chain and production base of organic pigments. In 2019, Inner Mongolia Yuansheng Sodium Technology Co., Ltd. was established to increase the enterprise's industrial chain through the production of sodium-related products. Not only that, Lily will increase a new round of investment in Linjiang block, but also further expand the production of pigments and intermediates in Xuancheng, Anhui.

While expanding the organic pigment industry chain and production base, the company has also fully embraced digitalization, built intelligent warehouses, improved the intelligent level of warehouse automation, and reduced labor costs and improved efficiency through machine replacement. In terms of safety, the control system uses DCS control, and all the dangerous process control of the workshop is centrally managed in the central control room, which improves the overall safety level.

In terms of green development, the company combines RTO facilities, solid waste incineration facilities and anaerobic waste gas recovery projects in the wastewater system, and carries out collaborative treatment in the three aspects of wastewater, waste gas and hazardous waste to maximize the recycling of resources.
