On December 27, 2020, with the joint efforts of the core project team with Wang Feng, vice president of the company, and all departments of the company, Lily Group successfully carried out the trial production of 3000 tons of high-performance organic pigments. The project is an annual output of 8000 tons of high-performance and environmental protection organic pigment project, of which 5000 tons of environmental protection organic pigment project has been put into production on March 15, 2018.

A brief and warm launching ceremony was held for the project. Under the leadership of Wang Diming, vice president of the group, Yuan Yongqiang, the safety director, and Gao Qiang, the workshop manager of the project, unveiled the automatic control system of the workshop. At 9:18, Chen Lirong, chairman of the company, pressed the start button on the computer of the control system, and the on-site mixing was successfully started, announcing that the project was officially put into trial production. After that, he made a brief speech, reviewed the development of the project products, expressed thanks to the team of the project team, project construction, supervision, equipment and automation installation units and all departments of the company for their efforts and cooperation. He also wished the project to go into operation smoothly and contribute to the company’s new round of development.

Under the guidance of Wang Feng, the personnel participating in the trial production ceremony visited the workshop of the project. Wang Feng introduced the usage, process and product characteristics of the workshop equipment and facilities. We believe that the project will expand the production scale of the company’s high-grade organic pigments, optimize the company’s product structure, increase the proportion of products with high added value and high-tech content, and effectively enhance the company’s competitiveness in the pigment market.
